DAMAC’s Jumeirah tower nearing completion

DAMAC Properties, a leading player in the UAE luxury real estate market, said work at its 34-storey Tower 108 building in the heart of Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is in the final stages of completion as it prepares to begin delivery later this year.

DAMAC has initiated the final delivery and installation of various decor elements, unit components and door accessories as it prepares to hand over the 34-storey tower which consists of 404 residential units including studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom serviced apartments that come fully-furnished with and ready to move in.

Tower 108 comprises a ground floor, 4 parking levels, 28 floors with 404 residential units and a roof top, and includes world class facilities such as 24-hour concierge/reception, swimming pool, kids pool, play area and a Jacuzzi and gym.

DAMAC said the tower brings contemporary living experiences that combine the comforts of home with the service standards of a luxury living, the offering is expected to appeal to visitors and residents alike.
