Ali Sajwani speaks at Gulf Youth Day

Ali Sajwani, Managing Director of Operations and Technology at DAMAC, took the stage as the keynote speaker at Gulf Youth Day, organized by the Federal Youth Authority of the UAE, held in Dubai Youth Hub.

At a recent panel discussion on “Youth Experiences,” Ali Sajwani shared his insights and experiences on how to build a successful career and pursue one’s dreams. Sajwani emphasized the importance of hard work, dedication, and perseverance in achieving one’s goals. He encouraged the youth to take risks, learn from failures, and never give up on their dreams. Sajwani also stressed the significance of paying attention to small details, as well as staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.

The UAE Cabinet established the Federal Youth Authority to promote the empowerment and involvement of young individuals in vital sectors. The authority embraces their talents and encourages them to showcase their creativity and ideas.
